Automotive Invoicing Administrator - Leeds
Ford and Slater are one the UK’s largest DAF Truck dealers group with 16 locations from Norwich to Birtley in the North East, employing over 900 staff whilst remaining a family run business.
We currently have an exciting vacancy within our Service Department for an Automotive Invoicing Administrator in our newly refurbished DAF Dealership in Leeds.

- Who are we looking for as an Automotive Invoicing Administrator
- You must have experience working within the Commercial Vehicle, Motor Trade or an associated automotive sector as an Invoicing Administrator or similar role.
- You must have experience of generating invoices (ideally from job cards).
- Be a confident people person. Happy dealing with individuals, organisations and businesses at all levels.
- Have an eye for detail with excellent organisational, administration and IT skills (Excel, Word etc.).
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
The Automotive Invoicing Administrator role & responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Creating customer invoices from information on job cards to reduce WIP.
- Liaise with customers to ensure correct purchase orders are obtained prior to invoicing.
- Input data into a variety of systems and databases to ensure they are kept up to date.
- General administration duties as required in the day to day operation of the Service department.
- Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers.
- Maintain files in line with company and legal requirements.
- Working: 40 - 45 hours per week (negotiable), Monday to Friday
