Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:
- Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Or be sales driven, have a passion for trucks and know your truck/trailer parts.
- A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, online, telephone and various other platforms.
- Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
- Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
Working: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm. Plus one late finish at 8pm weekly. Alternate Saturday mornings 8am – Midday, paid as overtime.
