Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:
- Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Or be sales driven, have a passion for trucks and know your truck/trailer parts.
- A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include:
- You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter and telephone.
- Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
- Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
Shift pattern:
- Alternate weeks, Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm / 11:30am to 8pm.
- 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am – Midday paid as overtime.
