Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade, or related sector. Or experience within a Warehouse/Stores environment with a passion for trucks and knowledge of truck/car parts. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Comfortable working unsupervised during night shifts. Full UK driving license. Role and Responsibilities: You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face-to-face, over the trade counter, via telephone, and online. Responsibilities include replenishing stocks in accordance with health and safety regulations, creating new locations as needed, promoting parts business growth, utilizing parts identification tools for effective customer response, and maintaining accurate records of all service exchange parts supplied or returned.
