We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Sheffield.

Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:
- You will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Or have experience within a Warehouse / Stores environment and have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
- A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working unsupervised whilst on night shift.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, telephone and online.
- To efficiently replenish stocks in accordance with health and safety regulations, creating new locations where necessary.
- Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
- Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
- Maintain competent and complete records for all service exchange parts supplied/returned.
Working: 4 nights 6pm - 6am.
