Ford and Slater are one of the UKs largest DAF Truck dealers group with 16 locations from Norwich to Birtley in the North East, employing over 900 staff whilst remaining a family run business. We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Stockton.

Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:
- Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Or be sales driven, have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
- A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter and telephone.
- Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
- Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
Working hours (4 weekly rota): Monday to Friday: 7.00am - 3.30pm, 7.30am - 4.30pm, 8.00am - 6.00pm, 12.30pm - 9.00pm. One Saturday in every 2 weeks alternate hours: 7.00am to 12.00 Noon, 8.00am to 1.00pm.
