We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Senior HGV Workshop Administrator in our fantastic DAF Dealership in Stockton.
As a Senior HGV Workshop Administrator, we can offer you:

Who are we looking for as a Senior HGV Workshop Administrator:
- You will have previous experience as a Administrator working within the HGV, Commercial Vehicle, LGV, PSV, Heavy Plant or Car sectors (ideally in a Main Dealer environment).
- A basic level of Technical knowledge to enable you to converse with Technicians and Customers.
- Be a confident people person. Happy dealing with individuals, organisations and businesses at all levels.
- Have an eye for detail with excellent organisational, administration and IT skills (Excel, Word etc.).
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
The Senior HGV Workshop Administrator role & responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Create workshop schedules in conjunction with the Workshop Controller.
- Plan vehicle inspection bookings for O licence compliance.
- Process job cards.
- General administration duties as required in the day to day operation of the Workshop / Service department.
- Front of house working on the Service Reception to meet and greet when required.
- Handle incoming calls / enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Maintain files in line with company and legal requirements.
Working: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6pm (30 minute unpaid break each day) and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (paid as standard overtime)
