Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:
- Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Or be sales driven, have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
- A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter and telephone. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
Working: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm. Occasional Saturday morning 8am – Midday paid as overtime.
