We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Parts Advisor at our DAF Trucks dealership in Sheffield. As a Parts Advisor, we offer:

Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade, or related sector.
- Alternatively, experience in a Warehouse/Stores environment with a passion for trucks and knowledge of truck/car parts.
- A customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working unsupervised during night shifts.
- Full UK driving license.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing professional parts sales service face-to-face, over the trade counter, via telephone, and online.
- Efficiently replenishing stocks in accordance with health and safety regulations and creating new locations as necessary.
- Promoting and encouraging growth of the parts business.
- Utilising all parts identification tools to ensure effective customer response.
- Maintaining accurate records for all service exchange parts supplied or returned.
Working hours: 4 nights, 6pm – 6am.
