Key Responsibilities

- Event preparation — Support operational readiness the day before events, ensuring all materials, lists, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Meet‐and‐greet team oversight — Manage a small meet‐and‐greet team on event days, ensuring professional presentation and smooth guest arrival.
- Placename & seating updates — Handle last‐minute amendments to placenames, seating plans, and guest lists with precision.
- Trophy & signage coordination — Ensure trophies, signage, and branded materials are delivered, checked, and correctly positioned.
- Charity collection management — Oversee charity collection materials and processes, ensuring compliance and accurate handling.
- On‐the‐day operational support — Provide structured assistance throughout the event to maintain professional standards and resolve issues promptly.
- Candidate Requirements
