As Strategy & Business Transformation Manager, you will work directly with senior leaders to shape direction, drive execution and ensure the business is set up to win long term. You’ll operate where strategy meets delivery, turning ambition into tangible results in a fast-moving, complex environment. You will take ownership of critical strategic priorities, leading workstreams that cut across markets and functions. At the same time, you’ll act as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing structure, insight and pace to some of the most important decisions facing the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to navigate pace and ambiguity
  • A broad, “big picture” view of how businesses operate

A strong academic track record is expected; an MBA or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements. This will be conducted in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and applied only to unspent convictions.
