Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and condition monitoring on automated equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, electronic, fluid power, and process control systems.
- Maintain mechanical, fluid power, electrical, electronic, and process control equipment.
- Read and interpret technical documentation and data.
- Support equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Specialist Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and fluid power principles; familiarity with fault diagnostics and condition monitoring techniques; ability to interpret equipment functions and operating parameters.
- Specialist Skills: Maintaining and repairing high-tech engineered systems; reading technical documentation and performing confirmation testing; contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Essential Qualifications: Level 3 Apprenticeship in Mechatronics Maintenance or equivalent.
