As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll work across the full marketing and communications mix—owning key initiatives, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and customer-focused.

Qualifications
The minimum requirements we seek:
- Proven experience in a broad marketing or communications role.
- Strong campaign planning and execution skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and customer engagement strategies.
- Understanding of PR principles and media relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for persuasive, brand-aligned messaging.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data and dashboards.
- Solid project management and organisational abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and ESPs.
- Resilience and proactivity in navigating a corporate environment.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.

Responsibilities
- Develop & execute strategies: Contribute to marketing and communications strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and brand growth.
- Lead customer communications: Own key initiatives including CRM migration (Salesforce), communications library, and customer touchpoint enhancements (website, app).
- Manage campaigns: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with a focus on testing and optimisation.
- Support PR & brand awareness: Collaborate with our PR agency on strategy, research, and activations to boost brand visibility and credibility.
- Content & messaging: Create and manage high-quality, on-brand content across platforms. Brief and approve copy for website, email, and ad-hoc communications.
- Loyalty & rewards: Lead the communications strategy for our upcoming loyalty platform, using data to refine messaging and measure impact.
- Performance analysis: Track and report on campaign effectiveness using dashboards and manual tracking. Link communications to business outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Product, Digital, Customer Service, and external agencies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute broadly: Support social media, blog content, and other marketing channels as needed.
- Stay informed: Keep up with marketing trends, digital innovations, and savings market developments to inform strategy.
