Ford Credit operates under a PDO model, based at our newly refurbished offices in Dunton. Due to the nature of PDO, Product Delivery will pivot as required to meet the needs of the current environment and will focus on delivering the greatest value to our business at that point in time.

They are involved in the entire software development lifecycle including designing software architecture, writing code, testing for quality, and deploying the software to meet customer requirements.

The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for ensuring that reviews are aligned with organisational goals, facilitating productive discussions, and making decisions to resolve issues effectively.

Collaboration with other teams is essential to ensure technical alignment across the organisation. Strong expertise in at least one programming language is essential, alongside responsibility for creating and reviewing technical designs that meet both business goals and technical feasibility.
