The FCB Ford Lease Specialist reports to the FCB Marketing and Sales Operations Manager and is physically co-located between the FCB Marketing and FoB Yield Management teams in Dunton. This role manages the day-to-day relationship with our white label partner and as such travel to their offices in Bristol is also required as necessary to support the business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to engage in effective dialogue, present to and negotiate with Ford Lease, Ford and Ford Credit colleagues at a variety of levels and influence and \’sell\’ ideas.
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Ford Dealer network and Ford Credit Britain in general, and strong commercial and market awareness gained in FCB or FoB Marketing and/or Sales.
- Be a dynamic self-starter, with the ability to identify opportunities, influence and โsellโ ideas
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated by an underlying passion for our business.
- Strong drive for results and the ability to see tasks through to a successful conclusion, with a proven track record of delivering quality work within tight deadlines.
- Be a proven team player with experience of working within a diverse team environment.
- Ability to form and maintain strong working relationships with Ford Lease, FCB and FoB stakeholders.
- Strong numerical, analytical and data interrogation skills.
- Have excellent PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Marketing qualification would be advantageous.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
As part of our pre-employment checks process, successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal record check. This will be conducted in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and applied only to unspent convictions.
