We are seeking a Strategy & Business Transformation Manager to join our Ford Pro Europe team. This is a pivotal role designed for a strategic thinker who excels at navigating complex, high-stakes environments. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the strategic workstreams that will prepare our business for long‑term success. In this role, you will work across multiple functions and levels of the organisation—including global leadership—to drive a sustainable transformation during an era of rapid industry change. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Professional Background: Established experience in a top‑tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity environment.
Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to deconstruct complex data and business scenarios into actionable insights.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional structured writing and presentation skills, with the confidence to present complex concepts clearly to executive leadership.
Business Acumen: A holistic "general management" mindset with the ability to understand the interconnectedness of different business functions.
