Ford Credit UK is looking for a proactive and engaging Training Specialist to support the delivery of our annual training strategy across the UK dealer network. In this role, you will help drive dealer performance and sales success by providing expert training on Ford Credit products, digital tools, and compliance essentials.

Working closely with our UK Training Manager and wider internal teams, you will help shape innovative training solutions that enhance dealer capability, strengthen customer engagement, and align with evolving market and regulatory trends. The role will support the UK Training Manager to scope and implement FCB's annual training strategy, aligning with FCB objectives, market conditions, and the prevailing regulatory landscape.

You will support the delivery of FCB monthly and annual sales objectives at both Volume and Penetration levels for all sales channels, and support renewal and retention actions at Dealer Group and site level to achieve renewal/retention objectives. You will provide training and support to Dealer Groups on Ford Credit/Ford Lease products and services, focusing on delivering modern digital tools and platforms for customer engagement.

You will regularly engage with FCB Sales teams to gather and analyse current Dealer feedback/queries to identify emerging training needs and opportunities for Dealer performance enhancement. You will collaborate with wider internal teams such as FCB Marketing, Insurance, and MBC Operations to understand Dealer training needs that support the delivery of FCB objectives.

You will stay up to date on industry trends/regulatory developments and update the FCB training suite where appropriate. You will establish relationships with the Dealer network to maintain awareness of Dealer sales processes and best practices to further develop/enhance FCB Dealer training assets. You will maintain adequate technical compliance awareness and deliver induction training to support new FCB Sales team members.

You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the Henry Ford Academy (HFA) training team and external training supplier (RTS) to ensure the effective and strategic management of the Dealer training syllabus. You will oversee and manage the annual completion of the Specialist Automotive Finance Expert course for all internal Ford Credit Europe (FCE) staff.

You will actively support Ford of Britain (FoB) national dealer product launches, providing expert input and participating in planning meetings to ensure the seamless integration and prominent inclusion of Ford Credit messaging. You will coordinate Field training to support the launch of new products/initiatives.

You will proactively monitor MS Teams chat groups to stay abreast of Field team and Dealer queries, identifying critical training and support requirements to enhance operational efficiency. You will provide essential support for Marketing launches by conducting thorough competitor analysis, contributing valuable insights to product positioning and strategy.
