We are looking for a Full-Time Telesales Representative to join our Yate Office.

About the role:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Making outbound calls to current, lapsed and prospective fuel card customers to retain business or record reasons for lost business using CRM
- Gathering customer information to update and maintain marketing lists
- Building rapport to gain customer confidence and trust
- Providing customer quotations
- Handling incoming customer queries via email in a timely manner
- Communicating customer trends and feedback internally
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- General administrative duties as required
About you:
- Previous experience within a sales or telesales role
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resilient, motivated and confident
- Organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Good administrative skills and attention to detail
- IT literate - capable of working with CRM systems and MS Office
- Confident, professional and resilient
- Understanding of data protection principles
- Live within a commutable distance to the depot based in Yate
