Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers. An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding Customer Service team working at our Gloucester Depot. You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 3 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.

About the role:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
- Fully office based
- 1st line telephone response
- Answer the telephone to take fuel orders
- Raise tickets for fuel orders
- Process orders for Transport to deliver
- Take payments over the phone
- Direct calls to the relevant departments
- Process group orders
- Transfer tickets to other depots
- Cover for raising repeat order tickets
- Regular internal communication
- Covering other duties as and when required
About you:
- Experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Inbound telephone experience (desirable)
- Customer service experience
- Good administrative skills
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised
- IT literate
- Awareness of data protection principles
- Willing to learn about the business and progress
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload
