Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers.
An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Engineering Administrator to join our engineering team working at our Evesham depot.
You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 4 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.

About the role: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Answering incoming phone calls
Processing quotes and payments
Booking boiler/tank quotes
Ordering stock, dealing with suppliers
Making calls to customers with notification prior to jobs
Stock control
Update the computer system with stock levels and prices
Arrange boiler/tank services and send out job sheets to engineers
Investigate complaints and escalate if needed
General assistance in the office
