Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers. An opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Engineering Administrator to join our engineering team working at our Evesham Depot. You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 4 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.

About the role:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Processing quotes and payments
- Booking boiler quotes
- Ordering stock and dealing with suppliers
- Making calls to customers with notification prior to jobs
- Stock control
- Update the computer system with stock levels and prices
- Arrange boiler services and send out job sheets to engineers
- Investigate complaints and escalate if needed
- General assistance in the office
