Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers. An opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Engineering Administrator to join our engineering team working at our Evesham Depot. You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 4 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.

About the role:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Processing quotes and payments
  • Booking boiler quotes
  • Ordering stock and dealing with suppliers
  • Making calls to customers with notification prior to jobs
  • Stock control
  • Update the computer system with stock levels and prices
  • Arrange boiler services and send out job sheets to engineers
  • Investigate complaints and escalate if needed
  • General assistance in the office
