Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant, and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers. An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding customer service team working at our Membury Depot.

About the role:
- 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
- Stock reconciliation process
- Balancing receipts with sales
- Accounting for the movement of fuel
- Answer the telephone to take fuel orders
- Liaising with other departments
- Raise tickets for fuel orders
- Take payments over the phone
- Process group orders
- Transfer tickets to other depots
- Cover for raising repeat order tickets
- Covering other duties as and when required
- Saturday 1 / 2 day working required on a rota basis (overtime paid)
About you:
- Inbound telephone experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Excel competent
- Good administrative skills
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised
- IT literate
- Awareness of data protection principles
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload
