Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant, and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers. An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding customer service team working at our Membury Depot.

About the role:

  • 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Stock reconciliation process
  • Balancing receipts with sales
  • Accounting for the movement of fuel
  • Answer the telephone to take fuel orders
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Raise tickets for fuel orders
  • Take payments over the phone
  • Process group orders
  • Transfer tickets to other depots
  • Cover for raising repeat order tickets
  • Covering other duties as and when required
  • Saturday 1 / 2 day working required on a rota basis (overtime paid)

About you:

  • Inbound telephone experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excel competent
  • Good administrative skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • IT literate
  • Awareness of data protection principles
  • Able to work under pressure
