As a Senior Product Analyst within the Data & Document Services Team (part of Ford Credit Europe / FCE), you will play a central role in delivering high-impact digital solutions across European markets.
Based in Dunton, UK, and reporting into the EU Product Team, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders.
You will lead discovery, analyze technical and operational data, challenge legacy approaches, and translate complex business needs into scalable digital financial products.
- Data Analysis & Strategic
Insight: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover critical trends, inform Ford Credit product roadmaps, and drive data-backed decision-making across European markets.

Facilitation: Strategically plan and lead discovery initiatives, facilitating interactive workshops with business and technical stakeholders to align on product vision, scope, and technical requirements.

Engineering: Translate intricate business and financial requirements into precise technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Product Managers and Software Engineers to review system designs, assess technical feasibility, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure solutions meet strict performance and functional standards.
- Process Optimization & Innovation: Proactively challenge existing assumptions, operational workflows, and technical approaches to identify inefficiencies and drive innovative solutions that enhance product quality and team output.

Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e. g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance/Business Administration, or Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst delivering complex digital products and software solutions in an Agile framework.
