As the Digital & Communications Specialist, you will own the digital customer and dealer branding experience for Ford Credit and Ford Lease.
This role presents a unique opportunity to combine creative, entrepreneurial marketing with strategic corporate governance.
You will be responsible for bringing our campaigns to life across ford. co. uk, social media, and other digital channels, directly supporting Ford’s transition to electric vehicles (Model e) and commercial services (Ford Pro Fin Simple).
Reporting to the UK Marketing & Communications Manager, you will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and compliance.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will manage relationships with major external advertising agencies and internal Ford of Britain teams.

- Digital Content Ownership: Manage and update the finance and leasing content on ford. co. uk, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and accurate user journey.
- Agency & Partner Management: Direct external advertising agencies (such as VML, Hogarth, and TMW) to develop high-impact promotional assets and media plans.
- Compliance & Governance: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) and liaison for Legal and Compliance teams, ensuring all marketing campaigns adhere to UK Financial Promotions regulations.
- Cross-Functional Campaigns: Partner with Ford of Britain's brand, marketing, and communications teams to launch the latest retail and fleet finance programmes.
- Loyalty & Retention: Design and execute targeted customer communications to support Ford Credit and Ford Lease vehicle renewal and loyalty programs.
- Product Launch Support: Collaborate on launching new digital customer-facing products, working with European teams to optimize online finance calculators and tools.
