We work at ground level across the UK, in garrisons, communities, and online, connecting the Armed Forces Community (AFC) with employers, training providers, and real opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing
- Social & Community Engagement (Core Focus)
- Create and manage content
- Share real stories from the AFC
- Promote jobs, courses, events and opportunities
- Engage directly with the audience
- Campaigns & Events
- Deliver campaigns that drive registrations and applications
- Support promotion of events across the UK
- Capture content and insights where possible
- Email campaigns (e-shots, newsletters)
- Social campaigns

What We’re Looking For
- Experience
