A family-run textile printing business is seeking an Operations and Production Manager to support the day-to-day running and ongoing development of the site. You will be part of shaping the production unit, defining how it operates, how the team works together and how performance improves. The Operations and Production Manager will have proven experience successfully working in a target-led environment, have worked in a similar role and be comfortable managing workflows and able to manage multiple moving parts. In addition, the Operations and Production Manager will be hands-on, proactive, highly organised, and have strong team-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support daily production schedules across fabric and wallpaper printing
- Ensure jobs move efficiently from sampling through to production and dispatch
- Maintain clear systems for tracking orders, workflow, and timelines
- Oversee stock control – ensuring accuracy, accountability, and visibility
- Uphold quality control standards across all stages of production
- Ensure all health & safety and compliance procedures are followed
- Support strong administrative discipline across the operation
- Work closely with teams to maintain a clean, motivated, and well-organised environment
- Liaise with other international branches to ensure the factory runs smoothly and to a high standard
- Build team cohesion and help develop a positive, high-performing culture
- Identify practical improvements to workflow, efficiency, and output
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a target-led environment or operations-type role
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Comfortable managing workflows, timelines, and multiple moving parts
- Must have the right to work in the US or possess a US passport
- Is a hands-on, supportive, clear communicator, and detail-oriented
- Highly organised, self-motivated, proactive, and excellent team builder
- Able to travel internationally

- Experience in textiles, printing, or manufacturing. Training and support will be provided for the right person.
