Brief role description

The Salesforce Administrator (Mid-Level) will work closely with the Salesforce Manager, providing guidance to stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our CRM. A key part of this role is educating users and sharing best practices, helping colleagues understand how Salesforce works, what good looks like and how to get the most out of the platform.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a capable professional with hands-on experience using Salesforce and its core products. You will need to have an understanding of their function and relationships along with excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical and reporting skills. You will be confident and have excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling you to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels. You will also have strong documentation habits, attention to detail and be able to balance strategic thinking with daily operational needs. The ideal candidate will hold a Salesforce Administrator Certification, familiarity with API-based integrations or middleware, such as Zapier and experience with Agile/Scrum environments.

The recruitment process for this role consists of three stages: an initial virtual interview via Microsoft Teams, followed by a practical assessment to be completed in the candidate's own time and a final face-to-face interview at the Forces Employment Charity Head Office in London.
