Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of our website, email marketing, and digital assets. Responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimise our WordPress website and DotDigital email platform.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand and accessibility standards.
- Contribute to creative content development and campaign ideation.
- Track and report performance across channels to support the marketing manager with data-driven recommendations.
This role will support data-driven decision-making and work to improve user engagement and service promotion.
This is a fixed term position for just about 2 years (end date to be confirmed at the offer stage).
