Forces Employment Charity seeks a compassionate NST Client Advisor for the NOVA Support Team. You will provide initial advice to veterans in or at risk of involvement with the criminal justice system and triage referrals, registering clients and keeping detailed case records.
You will need excellent interpersonal skills, be IT confident, and able to work independently and with partners across the UK. This is a fixed-term role with monthly Birmingham office attendance.
