The Forces Employment Charity is seeking a NST Client Advisor to join the NOVA Support Team. You will be the first point of contact for veterans at risk of involvement with the criminal justice system, offering initial advice, guidance and connection to services.
You will triage referrals, make prompt first contact, complete registrations and keep detailed case notes on our CRM to support effective casework, working both independently and with partners.
