Our Product Experts are dedicated to driving customer value and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on proactive engagement, strategic consultation, and expertise-driven training to maximize customer success and foster long-term relationships. As a Product Expert, you’re at the heart of our customers’ success.

You’ll deliver expert guidance, hands-on support, and personalised 1:1 training across the Force24 and SoAmpli platforms, helping customers get the most from their investment. You’ll lead tailored training sessions, drive adoption, and build confidence, while also acting as a trusted advisor, supporting onboarding, answering questions, and solving problems.
