The role has a considerable degree of autonomy, and therefore, somebody who is self‑motivated and able to work productively in a field‑based role will flourish in this role. Your contribution will be pivotal to the company’s future and to its delivering a consistent high level of service to its customers. You will work in a fast‑paced regulatory environment in a consistent and professional manner, ensuring that quality is central to all tasks.
Please note the areas covered include Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Lincoln, Derby and Chesterfield. Only candidates located in the territory will be considered.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Build relationships to advance selling opportunities and build customer loyalty.
- Sell innovative products to existing and new customers to grow the business in the territory.
- Place the customer at the heart of everything you do, focus on customer needs and relationship building to provide value to customers.
- Take every opportunity to exploit new business potential.
- Deliver product training to customers when requested, both in theatre and training room environments or online.
- Maintain a good understanding of competitor product range and activity.
- Work with customers, internal and external suppliers to improve our brand across the territory to create stronger customer relationships.
- Be the company to the customer – represent its values.
- Previous experience in allografts or orthopaedics is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Please note this is a full‑time, permanent role working Monday – Friday. Suitable candidates must be based in the territory. Company car or car allowance.
