Force Technology Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Production Engineer to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineer who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production operations, improving manufacturing efficiency, and helping drive continuous improvement across the business.
About the Role
As a Production Engineer, you will work closely with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, resolve technical issues, and support the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. You will be involved in:
- Supporting daily production activities.
- Improving manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
- Investigating and resolving production issues.
- Supporting new product introduction activities.
- Working closely with quality and operations teams.
- Assisting with tooling and equipment improvements.

Essential Requirements
- HNC/HND or Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Previous Production Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- CAD knowledge.
- Lean or Six Sigma training.
- Experience within precision engineering or industrial manufacturing.
