Force Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to support works on the Melksham Substation project starting in June/July.

Requirements

  • Strong civils background essential
  • Ideally experienced delivering HV cabling or utility projects
  • Previous substation experience advantageous
  • SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
  • Competent Person (CP) experience beneficial
  • Valid NG Persons ticket

Duties

  • Supervising day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinating labour, plant, and subcontractors on site
  • Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with programme
  • Monitoring health & safety compliance and site standards
  • Supporting excavation and HV cabling activities
