Force Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a residential housing developer working across new build developments in Brighton and surrounding areas. The role will involve supporting the Site Manager in delivering high-quality housing projects from groundwork through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors
- Support the Site Manager with daily site operations
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations
- Carry out quality checks and snagging inspections
- Coordinate trades and materials on site
- Maintain accurate site records and reports
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager
- Residential new build experience preferred
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
