Force Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate key projects from initiation through to delivery. Based in Cambridgeshire, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to deadlines and within budget, while aligning with strategic business goals. This is a £15m infrastructure project in Wisbech and scope of work will consist of the following – Section 278 Works, ducting, drainage, roads, kerbs, concrete structures etc Key Responsibilities: – Lead the planning and implementation of projects. – Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. – Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. – Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders. – Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage project changes and ensure successful project delivery. Liaise with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Essential Requirements: – Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years preferred). – Strong understanding of project management methodologies – Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. – Full UK driving licence (where travel is required)
