Force Recruitment are currently seeking experienced National Grid Competent Persons (CPs) to join ongoing long-term projects. This role requires a strong civil engineering background, with candidates expected to have solid experience working on infrastructure or groundwork-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and carrying out civil engineering and groundwork activities
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with National Grid procedures and safety standards
- Working alongside site teams to maintain productivity and safety
- Identifying and managing on-site risks, including underground services
- Supporting site operations where required
Requirements:
- Valid National Grid Competent Person (CP) authorisation
- Strong civil engineering / groundwork experience
- Good understanding of site safety and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Additional tickets / certifications (advantageous)
- Flexibility to work across different locations
