Role Overview

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of multiple civil engineering and groundworks packages, including:

  • Commercial management of groundworks & infrastructure projects
  • Cost control, forecasting & commercial reporting
  • Applications for payment, valuations & variations
  • Subcontract procurement and commercial management
  • Final accounts and commercial negotiations
  • Client liaison and stakeholder management
  • Supporting value engineering and early project input

Project Exposure

You’ll be involved in technically challenging and high-value schemes including:

  • Housing development infrastructure
  • Section 278 & Section 38 works
  • Deep drainage & adoptable roads
  • Groundworks & bulk earthworks
  • Mains services, lagoons & attenuation ponds

  • Experience as a Senior/Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, infrastructure or groundworks
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
