Force Recruitment are currently looking for experienced 360 Excavator Operators for long-term civil engineering projects. Candidates should have a strong civils background and be confident working on infrastructure and groundwork-based sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of 360 excavators on site
- Carrying out excavation works including trenching, drainage, foundations, and general civils
- Working to site drawings and instructions
- Supporting wider site teams when required
- Maintaining high safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket
- Strong civil engineering or groundwork experience
- Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Additional plant or civils tickets
- Experience on infrastructure or National Grid projects
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations
