The predicted salary is between 18 - 22 £ per hour.

Force Recruitment are currently looking for experienced 360 Excavator Operators for long-term civil engineering projects. Candidates should have a strong civils background and be confident working on infrastructure and groundwork-based sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe and efficient operation of 360 excavators on site
  • Carrying out excavation works including trenching, drainage, foundations, and general civils
  • Working to site drawings and instructions
  • Supporting wider site teams when required
  • Maintaining high safety standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket
  • Strong civil engineering or groundwork experience
  • Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Additional plant or civils tickets
  • Experience on infrastructure or National Grid projects
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations
