Salary: £15-£22ph (depending on experience, qualifications, and tickets)
About the Role
Force Contracting Services are recruiting experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a permanent PAYE basis offering stable, year-round work, ongoing training, and clear opportunities for progression within a growing civil engineering contractor. Plenty of overtime is available as well to enable candidates to earn extra money.
Duties:
- * Drainage installation and repairs
- * Excavation and trenching works
- * Ducting and utility installation
- * Kerbing, edging, and finishing works
- * Concrete works and reinstatement
- * Assisting plant operators and site teams
- * Working to site drawings and specifications
- * Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- * Working effectively as part of a civils team
Requirements:
- * Valid CSCS Card
- * Previous groundworks experience on civils or infrastructure projects
- * Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- * Ability to work as part of a team
- * Willingness to work at Heysham Nuclear Power Station
- * Additional plant or streetworks tickets advantageous
