With over 100 years of industry heritage, Nuway products have a strong presence across the UK. Currently manufactured out of Forbo's Telford factory, this product is transitioning to be manufactured within the Forbo Bamber Bridge, Preston site towards the end of 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a newly formed team which will ensure the continued success of Nuway through the delivery of manufacturing excellence in the production of entrance flooring.

What you'll do:
- Receive full training of the Nuway product production process
- Ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of plant and equipment used in the production of Nuway product
- Work collaboratively, supporting colleagues and technical staff in the completion of process and quality records
- Contribute to problem solving activities associated with operational problems ensuring plant availability and production targets are met or exceeded
Position Details:
- Start date for successful applicants will be 1st July 2026
- From 1st July 2026 for a 4 month period you will be required to work 3 days at Forbo Telford site (travel, hotel costs will be covered at company expense and additional expenses in alignment with company policy)
- Following the transition of Nuway product manufacturing from Telford site to Bamber Bridge this role will be solely based out of the Bamber Bridge factory
- We are currently looking for 3 x permanent placements
- It is a 40 hour per week contract and standard shift hours once Nuway has transferred to Bamber Bridge will be: Early 06:00 - 14:00 Mon - Fri / Evening 14:00 - 12:00 Mon - Thurs
