Join Forbici Trafford Centre, a new era of pizza! We’re looking for Supervisors who lead with energy, personality, and precision. Biga fermentation sits at the heart of what we do, shaping every pizza we serve. Inspired by Naples, driven by craft, and shaped by the cities we call home, Forbici is pizza done properly.

As a Supervisor, you’re at the centre of the operation, setting the pace, leading the team, and ensuring every shift runs sharp, smooth, and full of energy. You’ll support the management team while leading from the floor, driving standards and bringing the best out of those around you. You’ll run your section while moving as part of one tight team.

As a Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead from the front, setting the tone and raising standards across every shift
  • Support, coach, and motivate the team to deliver high energy, consistent service
  • Keep service flowing with pace, control, and precision
  • Build strong, natural connections with guests and handle feedback with confidence
  • Work with kitchen and bar to deliver one tight, aligned service
