Forbes Solicitors LLP in Twickenham is seeking an experienced Social Housing Litigation Solicitor with strong residential leasehold expertise to join our Housing Litigation team at Gordon House. This full-time role (36.25 hours, Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm) offers challenging leasehold disputes and a high-value caseload for registered providers.
You will deliver strategic legal advice and representation in complex leasehold disputes, including service charges, forfeiture and extensions.
