Law Vacation Insight Week: Real Firm Experience & Projects

Forbes offers a limited number of places for Law degree students (or non-Law degree students looking to do the GDL), who are in their second year of study onwards, to attend our Vacation Insight Scheme.

Our Vacation Insight Scheme runs over the course of a week, in which students will receive an insight on life at Forbes and what life is like working within the legal sector.

During the Insight Week, students will be able to gain a real feel of what working within a law firm is like, as they will get the chance to speak to our current Trainee Solicitors, Newly Qualified Solicitors, Trainee Mentors and Supervisors, and a range of different Partners across the Firm.

Following a successful application, you will be invited to our Walton Summit Office, along with other students who have been successful. During the course of the week you will work within teams on a project set by the Firm, in which you will need to present back to a panel of Forbes Staff.

Interested?

The process is similar to that of the Periods of Recognised Training and Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship. Students considering applying for such positions are actively encouraged to apply for the Vacation Placement Insight Week.

Interested candidates should apply via the online application form before April 30th to be considered for the Summer Placement.
