Forbes offers a limited number of places for law degree students (or non‐law degree students looking to do the GDL), who are in their second year of study onwards, to attend our Vacation Insight Scheme.
Overview
Our Vacation Insight Scheme runs over the course of a week, during which students will receive insight into life at Forbes and the legal sector. They will have the chance to speak to our current Trainee Solicitors, Newly Qualified Solicitors, Trainee Mentors, Supervisors, and a range of Partners across the Firm.

Responsibilities
During the Insight Week you will:
- Participate in team projects set by the Firm and present to a panel of Forbes staff.
Qualifications
Second‐year or later law degree student, or non‐law student intending to undertake the GDL. Interest in pursuing a career in the legal sector.
Application Deadline
Submit your application via the online form before April 30th to be considered for the Summer Placement.
