Hft is seeking a Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This hybrid role is home-based with regular travel to Bristol, Gloucestershire and the West to deliver face-to-face learning and coach colleagues in practice.
You will design, deliver and continuously improve engaging learning experiences, including induction, mandatory training, blended solutions and apprenticeship programmes, ensuring staff have the knowledge and confidence to provide exceptional care.
