Ideally located near Dundee, our resort is a central base for exploring some of Scotland’s most beautiful scenery. Alongside our luxury lodges and leisure activities, we proudly operate an exceptional restaurant and events venue, where quality, creativity, and presentation are paramount.

Join our country resort in Dundee and become part of a welcoming, high-performing kitchen team within our excellent on-site restaurant. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where teamwork, efficiency, and high standards are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you are looking to build experience in a professional kitchen or take the next step in hospitality, this position provides valuable hands-on exposure to food preparation, kitchen operations, and health & safety practices. With both full-time and part-time hours available (16–40 hours), we can offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Important – Please Read: Due to our countryside location, there is NO public transport to or from the resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, cutting, peeling, and washing ingredients
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning workstations, and floors
  • Supporting the team to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently at all times
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock levels of cleaning products and supplies
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including the safe use of equipment and compliance with safe systems of work
  • Occasionally interacting with guests and colleagues, helping to maintain a positive and professional environment
