You’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests, maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation and kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellent standards.
- Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment, particularly during peak service periods.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen, working collaboratively with the wider team.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and minimising food waste.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and kitchen sections, ensuring dishes are delivered to a consistently high standard.
- Support and share knowledge with other kitchen team members where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Chef within a fast‑paced, professional kitchen – essential.
- A genuine passion for food, cooking and delivering high-quality dishes.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
- The ability to remain organised, calm and efficient during busy service periods.
- A proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work.
- A good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
- A willingness to learn, develop and contribute to the success of the kitchen team.
