Your Role

As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, help lead a talented team, and ensure high standards across all dishes and service.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality meals
  • Supporting with menu development and specials
  • Helping manage inventory and stock levels
  • Coaching junior kitchen team members
  • Maintaining health & safety and food hygiene standards

What We\\\’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Sous Chef role
  • Passion for food and delivering excellent service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive and reliable team player
